Safety

The safety of our team members, jobsite workers, and the public is our priority. Every operator and driver that joins our team must undergo initial and ongoing training to ensure proper and safe operation of equipment. Our safety and training curriculum is designed to educate, enforce, and review important material throughout our team members’ tenure. Our growing team shares our mission of building America’s roads in the safest and most efficient way possible, that is why they consider themselves Safety Ambassadors. As Safety Ambassadors, each operator conducts daily routine pre and post-trip equipment inspections, ensuring that our fleet is always well-maintained, meets TP standards, and is in compliance with DOT regulations.

We respect the law and our environment which is why our entire fleet is compliant with silica dust regulations. By providing an on-site water truck during operations and enforcing a company-wide enclosed cab policy, the health of our team members is ensured by reducing exposure to silica dust. Aside from being OSHA-certified, TP members receive education through our in-house ongoing training program where they gain knowledge on the importance of wearing PPE, DOT-regulations, skills for operating under extreme weather conditions, defensive driving skills, and accident prevention, among other important things. To ensure the health and safety of all company members, every project is backed by a team of experienced, competent, and proactive on-site supervisors trained to prevent and reduce accidents.
