Our operations are based in Florida and include material hauling, asphalt milling, full road clean-up, and equipment mobilizations. TransPremier LLC. is co-found in Orlando, Florida by Sergio Guarnizo and his wife, Diana Bernate. The company consists of the co-founders and just one dump truck, which Sergio drives tirelessly day and night while Diana becomes a self-taught accountant for the company.
The TransPremier fleet grows to 7 dump trucks. The company’s work ethic, integrity, and great customer service earns it contracts directly from large asphalt contractor companies, marking the beginning of strong client partnerships.
We begin to offer integrated services that expand further than material hauling to include full road clean-up. Our fleet grows to include dump trucks, sweeper trucks, and skid steers.
TransPremier LLC. establishes its headquarters in the heart of Central Florida’s industrial district. Strategically located close to major roadways such as the Florida Turnpike, SR 528 Beach line, and SR 417 Greenway, among others. The fully equipped yard is also very close to leading contractor paving plants and includes an in-house mechanic shop and on-site fueling station.
TransPremier is awarded the Don Quijote “Business of the Year” Award and is recognized for making significant and lasting contributions to the development and empowerment of the Hispanic community in Central Florida.
Asphalt milling service is introduced and TransPremier’s Milling and Clean-Up division is created, making it Central Florida’s only integrated road construction service provider to mill it, clean it, and haul it.
We expand our market with a fleet of more than 90 dump trucks, milling machines, skid steers, sweeper trucks, brooms, water trucks, and service trucks. TransPremier expands to offer its services beyond Central Florida and establishes its first satellite branch in Jacksonville, Florida.
